AMQ4032 - Command server not responding within timeout period

Command server not responding within timeout period. (AMQ4032)
  Command server not responding within timeout period. (AMQ4032)
  Severity: 10 (Warning)
  Response: Ensure that the command server is running and that the queue called 'SYSTEM.ADMIN.COMMAND.QUEUE' is configured to enable programs to get messages from it.

Solution for this :-  may be command server is not running , run following command against queue manager.

strmqcsv <queue manager name>

Got following error while running set db parms command in local system ?

BIP2172E: An error occurred while locking the registry file ''\\?\C:\ProgramData
\Application Data\IBM\MQSI\registry\IB9NODE\CurrentVersion\DSN\JFSDB\UserId.dat'

Solution is simple - just open the broker command console with Admin user.
