Well , if you are trying to delete the .bar files which you have manually or the IIB toolkit has created for you in your workspace , currently on right click you will not get the delete option for deleting these .bar files.
Here is the trick , you can delete these files by using the keyboard on windows 7 by using the Delete key.
Steps -
1. Select the .bar file(s) you want to delete.
2. Press the 'Delete' button on keyboard
and that's it.
